Canon Point: End of the airport fight.
History: I've been me my whole life, and I've had these powers for 6 months.
Personality:
By all appearances, Peter Parker falls under the generic label of a "good kid." He lives with his aunt, gets good grades in school (or tries to, when things aren't getting between him and his homework). Sure, Aunt May might complain about the way his laundry smells after he's been dumpster diving, but it could be a lot worse. Nothing about him screams "super-hero". He's just a skinny, unremarkable teenager from Queens who doesn't have money, a girlfriend, or even a driver's license. But what he does have is a desire to do the right thing, and really, that's often all that it takes to set the foundation.
But Peter has other qualities that definitely help, and at the top of his list is the feeling that he has a moral obligation to help people if he can, now more than ever. It's a part of that whole with great power comes great responsibility philosophy. And now, Peter possesses that great power. How he uses it tells us a lot about the kind of person that Peter is because he doesn't use it for selfish reasons, like suddenly becoming the star of the football team the way he would probably love to. Instead, Peter makes it a point to seem like the same nerdy kid that he's always been, all the while saving lives behind a mask. He doesn't resent the fact that he's different now, nor does he flaunt it. He just uses it to do what he thinks is right.
And sometimes it must be tempting to use it for a little personal gain. He comes from a humble background, raised by a single aunt who Peter obviously loves. They could probably use some extra money - the subject comes up pretty quickly when he comes home from school to find an actual billionaire sitting on his couch. But Peter doesn't use his talents for financial gain either. He keeps his secret, in part, for May's sake. What aunt wouldn't worry about her nephew suddenly swinging around New York, stopping cars and criminals? And in Peter's own words, when she freaks out, he freaks out. Aunt May is his only family, and it's obvious that Peter cares for her deeply.
It also helps that he's a smart kid, not just when it comes to making good grades, but in his resourcefulness too. Peter is the kind of guy who can make something from nothing, simultaneously impressing Tony Stark with his ingenuity and also horrifying him a little with his garbage pick of the day. It was Peter who made his first suit, figuring out what he needed from the goggles to the web-shooters. He also displays a love for and an understanding of physics and engineering. He reads and builds computers when he's not swinging through the city. Peter's intelligent also shows itself in his quick thinking. It was Peter, the baby of them all, who came up with a plan when the rest of his team was struggling.
Peter sometimes comes across as a little socially awkward, and that's when you're reminded that he is still just a teenager who worries about things like homework. But he has a lot more confidence when he's Spider-Man, and a lot more responsibility too. He's brave when he fights, but still friendly, even playful. He doesn't really have anything personal against his "enemies" during the airport fight. (He and Scott Lang would probably agree that they're just happy to be there.) It's obvious that Peter wants to impress Tony, but he himself is actually impressed by both Bucky and Sam's skills, and professes to being a big fan of Cap's despite being brought all the way to Germany to take his shield away. But it's painfully clear that he's the youngest one there, and not just because The Empire Strikes Back counts as a really old movie to him. Everything is still kind of new to Peter, and his reactions during the fight reflect this, whether they're jokes, non-stop talking, or the way he kicks instead of punches.
So yes, Peter is still young, but his courage and his willingness to unselfishly help people earn him the title of Spider-Man, and his sense of right and wrong is stronger and more important than the rest of his Spidey senses combined.
Inventory:
His Spider-Man costume - not the onesie with the goggles, the cool upgraded version given to him by Tony Stark. The suit allows him to focus his enhanced senses and comes complete with web-shooters and web catridges that hold the synthetic webbing that Peter himself produces. The tensile strength of this webbing is extremely high - "off the charts", according to Tony. The suit also has a red light "Spider Signal" that Peter hasn't yet discovered due to his canon point.
Abilities:
Does whatever a spider can: - Peter now has the proportionate strengths and powers of a spider, which is a lot more impressive than it sounds. It means superhuman strength, the kind of strength that makes him able to stop a 3,000 lb. car going 40 mph. He has much quicker reflexes than the average person too, especially when it comes to dodging - ever try to smack a spider with a rolled up newspaper only to find out that you missed? Yeah, it's like that. Peter's also super agile and durable. Captain America, the Winter Soldier, Giant Man. Peter went toe to toe with each of them and walked away with not much more than a black eye to show for it. This enhancement extends to his senses, which he explains as "dialed to 11" now.
And just like a spider, Peter can also crawl across walls, ceilings, etc.
To say that Peter is "skilled" at fighting would be a tad generous, but all of the advantages that he now has makes up the difference for his lack of training and overall experience in this department. Expect him to hold his own.
Flaws:
Youth - While it's not something that he can exactly help, there are times when Peter is going to be your typical teenage boy.
Easily Influenced - Peter already has strong opinions about what's right and wrong, but he did end up on a plane to Germany and fought a fight he knew very little about based only on what Tony told him about it.
Easily Distracted - Peter likes to talk. Sometimes a lot, and not always at the best of times.
